Unknown antique running gears

Aquired these running gears from a friend last week and we have no idea what they were for. They are offset to the left and seems like they were a running gear for some type of implement. Each part has a four digit part number on it followed be the letter L. Any ideas? I just couldn't let them go to the scrap yard for some reason and they were free! Let me know what you think.

Ensilage blower running gear. They would be worth something to those guys who collect hit and miss engines. Good for mounting the engines on.
