I admire you younger guys and your winter spirit.
I have my 2010 CAH Farmall 95 and snow blade backed into the shop waiting for the first snow. When I have to "venture out there", I will don my best fleece shirt, my sheepskin bedroom slippers, my sweatpants with pockets ,no cap, no gloves, slip into the cab, fire her up in that 45 degree heated shop, hit the opener and drive on out into the elements, closing the door from inside the cab behind me.
The tractor has a cup holder for my Starbucks triple expresso, milk and double sugar made in Braun machine at home. If I happen to break down or get stuck I will call my AAA pal and his wrecker for a ride back up the driveway. Life is good for this "cidiot".
Ten years ago I thought I was splurging for a 8/26 walk behing snowblower at $799 :)

I don't have the luxury of a garage for my plow truck, but i have the block heater on a switched plug. So I can flip the switch from the basement and get the motor warming up. Go out and fire it up and get the heat cranking and its all nice and cozy inside.

Gordo, I just bought a Farmall 65 A tractor. I am going to dual it up and pull my 6-row planter with it. I bought mine without a cab as I use it for haying and planting and I don't like crawling in and out of cab for those operations. Only a couple days on the planter when cold and windy that I wish I had cab. Is your 95 have an A designation? Does that stand for "agriculture"? Forgot to ask the dealer. Funny you bring that up as just today I built a rock box to mount on the front. Will paint it tomorrow. Stay warm.

In 2010 there are the no suffix row crop models, the "C" models and "U" models.
I also have the FWA and CIH loader.
I've had over 10,000 dollars labor and parts warantee work done on mine with 6 mos left on the 2 year warantee. Pretty sure I'll be buying the bumper to bumper extended warantee for 2600 dollars.
That 90 dollar na hour shop rate kills you, and there isn't much a guy can fix on these things on his own. New wiring harness to repair turn signals and flasher was 888 dollars just for the harness, Over a day to install.
Trnsmission seal was improperly installed when the tractor was assembled so it filled the clutch compartment with fluid. That was a split and about another 6K.
