that was near Lake Hopatcong in north jersey, the public service electric and gas man found him sleeping in the basement,the bear was tranquilized and moved to another location, I dont know where, maybe PA? lol

..from whence they go east into Susquehanna County or west into Tioga County (PA) that already has more bears than anyplace in the world. Or, maybe they want to visit the Empire State so they head north into Tioga County (NY) or Chemung County (NY), both counties already having a "developing" bear population.
