I think this is one of those "ran when parked" deals- and the vegetation has overwhelmed the parking place.

I was delivering fill to a person with some land in northern NJ years back, and he had one of these or similar B.E. with a triple nickel (555 cummins) in it, air over hydraulic, thing could hardly get out of its own way, things sure have changed since the first excavators like these were built.
