We're experimenting no till alfalfa with our slit seeder.I've did several athletic fields,lawns,and a few pastures so what the heck it might work.
#1 put seeder on tractor.
#2 slit it in.
#3 Finishing the ends out and hit a hole.
#4 The slip clutch that didn't.
#5 The end result!
Gonna run over it tomorrow with orchard grass in the little brillion.
I'm glad it broke there and not on the other side.I hope all those fillings are hub and key.I haven't checked the main shaft but if it's shoot I got a friend with a machine shop.Gandy probably wants the price of a new machine for it.You think JD nd NH are high on parts you otta buy from them.
