SON!!!!!! Had a bunch of jalepeno peppers and some perrered salami and some salt&vinegar chips a couple hours ago..... My eye just itched......one of them itches that shouldn'ta been rubbed..............

my mother used to ask me if i washed my hands, i'd tease her and say, yea i washed before i went to throne...she get mad and say 'after', i tease her again, and say you didn't ask when....miss her....gotta love your mother.

We had a jar of little tabasco peppers in the field once. Laid out some MRE (replacement for C rations) toilet paper and poured the juice on it. Folded it back up and put it in the portajohn that the officers used and took the roll that was in there......... Hardest thing I ever done was keep a straight face around them the next 2 weeks........

Dont feel so bad. Back when I was on the swim team in highschool,
a teammate applied icy hot to a sore shoulder, Then went to take a
leak. Ive never seen someone run that fast into a pool.

A guy in basic training was a Cajun from Louisiana, and got a jar of canned peppers from home. Little bluish green things, he said they were really hot. One guy, who was sort of a dufus, insisted on having one. He started dancing around and hollering, and within a minute, had two big blisters on his lips. Cajun just shook his head and said "I thought everybody knew enough not to get the juice on their lips." The rest of us looked at each other and nodded wisely, but I'll bet nobody else knew that, either. I know I didn't.

My youngest learned that a few years ago - still hasn"t lived it down.
Picked some jalapenos then a little bit later took a leak. Kid is notorious for letting the water run but never getting his hands wet when he washes them.
Needless to say, he still doesn"t wash his hands as he should, but is much more careful around hot peppers....

My mom makes salsas with ghost peppers, scotch bonnets, habaneros, piquins, etc....

She gave her recipe and some peppers to her friend Gina in Alaska when she was home for a visit, and then she made it when she got home.

Mom uses a food processor for chopping up the peppers. Gina decided to cut them all up by hand, and without any kind of glove. She's an EMT up there and she had to go to the fire station to get burn kits for her hands because after several hours they still hurt badly.....

You can tell when Mom is making that stuff, the air you breath in the house just has a warm feeling in your nose, throat, and lungs. She has to wear gloves to wash out her pots after wards, and she's gotta be careful not to lick anything on her arms later.

She got to this recipe after my brother kept telling her to make it hotter. Finally she dumped in every extra pepper she had, and he gave in. She named it White Flag.

Had a snooty guy in basic training...A bunch of us were in the latrine one morning and he saw a guy whiz and just walk over and start talking to someone. He said real loud... "where I come from, they taught us in school to wash our hands after using the bathroom"..

Other guy never missed a beat or batted an eye... said "where I come from, they taught us before we ever went to school, not to whiz on our fingers"

27 years and I still am waiting on an opportunity to use that line.......
