OT:Some prayers needed

I say some, because its not life threatening, I hope. 17 yo daughter has had throat issues since school started last fall. So far 120+ total days without voice. Currently, this time, on 5th week of excruciatng throat pain and no voice. Usual tests are neg go to ENT monday, again. Doc says no strep, no mono, no infection. Literally cries to sleep with pain. Hoping for the best, fearing the worst. What could it be??? I say prayers to St. Jude nightly

does she have any alergies at all,, and also this started with the beginning of school,,if i understand right,, what kind of cleaners do they use in there everyday janitorial supplies.

May not be related but I get reflux with excrutiating pain under the jaw but no loss of voice but it makes swallowing difficult with an inclination to choke when eating. Most painful when I retire at night but does also exist during the day..
The cure was nnalert [esomeprazole] AstraZeneca, prescription medicine.

Just about 7 years ago I used to have these constant pains in the chest, went on for 12 months, everything checked out but Dr"s couldn"t fathom it out, said it was wind, any way I eventually had a checkup and found to have type 2 Diabetes. That made a big change in eating habits, out with the sugars, sweets, pies, fats. and all the rubbish. One day of good eating and the pains disappeared. what a relief.

We have sent them. But you know as soon as her voice returns ,look out she'll have a lot to catch up on. As some others sugessted go back to when it began and talk it out with different people,it's amazing what somebody different could trigger. All the best and prayers too.
