OT chevrolet dealer service

If you think you need a Chevy technician, don't use H&H Chevrolet in Omaha, Nebraska. My service rep could not stop listening to himself talk, and never had the technician work on the real reason it was in! I am so mad right now I can hardly breathe! I was late for an appointment, so just paid and left. After work looked at invoice and the part they replaced and my eyes just about popped out!

Call GM headquarters !! The number is in your owners manual. It does no good to tell us about it.
They do listen to the customer and if you are right they will work with you..

Greg I would take a ride out to H&H tommorow and talk to the service manager.I bought my Jeep from H&H and have had it in twice for warrantry work and they have been nothing short of perfect people to work with.You just got the wrong person.

I had issue with warranty work on my Cobalt

started with a reasonable letter to the service manager, he asked me to wait until he could contact regional GM rep

after a bit, they made good on the warranty as "customer satisfaction"

catch more flies with honey than with vinegar

Rosen Novak is gone. I know the owners of Woodhouse, but their Chevy store is in Missouri Valley so not practical for 'quick' service!

I bought a car from H&H a coupla years ago, mainly because they had the car I wanted at a fair price. (I located the car online). Since I live 70 miles west, I haven't been to the service department.

I will say, however, the sales people were laid back and easy to deal with, without the pressure you'd expect from a big city dealership.

My Wife bought a new $53k Chevy a month ago. So far, it's been in the shop for the past 3 weeks. I will say that the service manager does give her a phone update about every other day. Most of the time he reports that: "They are working on it, but can't seem to fix it"!
