Metal roof prices

Just priced metal roof sheets 38" x 16 foot at 2.70 a liner foot, What are some prices of metal roofing in you guys area? I'm going to need 95 feet on each side of the barn roof by 16 feet long, plus screws and a ridge cap.! Thanks, Jay
 
Just paid $2.38 a foot this past week in SE Iowa. Lays 36 imches wide and 29 ga. Cut to any length I wanted. Gary
 
just paid 2.20 a ft for 26 ga. galvalume in huntsville al. this was custom made while i waited for it. covers 36 inches.
 
They just delivered 29 ga colored sheeting + all trim and hardware for the roof and walls for my new shop ( 72 x 46 x 15,roof 2' overhang all around)$9370 and change.Sheeting alone $2.43 a lin foot

ow many 8N can you fit in there when you get it finished??? :roll:
 
Painted (both sides) steel is 12 euro ($16+/-) a sq meter which is 10 sq ft.
Guess that's about twice what you are paying??
 
I beleive I paid 1.79 last fall per ft. for steel for a small barn I built. Thats was in mid Mi. The steel was painted white which is normally 10-20 cents cheaper in my area than the other colors. I want to build another one this fall and I know I'll be paying more.
 
You might check with Glenwood Metal in Lititz Pa. for a price delivered. I bought mine from them a number of years ago delivered to my farm in NY.

Was quoted 2.69/ft 2 wks ago in SE Michigan. Not sure what ga they were quoting. Guy said steel was coming down in price.
