and no i did not get it cleaned up yet, to busy playing on the computer. this week might be cleaning week we will see how it goes. I wasnt going to show these pics of the messy shop but I figured what the heck,Im sure there is no critics on this site. I dont usually keep it this way but it got out of hand for some reason. The tractor shop is 40 by 84 with a 16 foot ceiling. 16 by 14 foot doors at each end, you can drive in and drive out. would like to read some comments on my messy shop.PS it would make me feel better if I could see that Im not the only messy guy in north america

I see floor area to work on, so you're doing better than me. Built a
shop, I think I got one oil change and a transmission job done
before it was too full.

Back working outside.

I am sick. you got junk all over that antique round oak dining room table? Again, if your wife could have a gun in Canada, she should shoot you with it. Even repros are nice. That shop is bigger than my house, rented house, and 3 garages together. It looks bigger than my old hay barn. Where's the heat come from? You must do / did tractor trailers eh? That would fill it up fast. What's the tank? IHC?

the table is a antique, made in china wanna buy it. the tank is from my 600D it was posted a couple of weeks ago, that when i wasnt a politician yet. Oh ya when you were sleeping or working or both I got poofed again, us canucks never learn! There is a new character on this site named old hector you have seen him drinking or spilling coffee in my pick up. After i gave him a grammer lesson he decided to join up.But beware of him!!!!!!!

Yes, your shop is a disgrace to us all.

Only solution I can see is for you to ship it over to my place ASAP, and I will clean it up and reinstate your good name and reputation. Your name will be cleared, but I will keep the shop, of course.

Would love to have your shop problems- LOL

The heating system is underfloor heat run by a gas boiler. I also have gas overhead heat. I give up on the wood stove I got sick of building one everydayLOL. I did invest in a steel wood stove. I use bear fat for fuel, it smells like bbq in there all winter yum!!

wish i had a shop that clean.you can see the floor!
is that a set of Mckiag-Hatch wrenchs in the last
pic.been looking for a set.

And I thought mine was bad. Mine can't hold a candle to yours for being messy. Looks like you win the messy award. Have a good one MR.Messy.

cant argue with you on that one!

Nice Shop ! Don't Forget folks -- He sold the 8 N

For down here I'd be wantin a couple winders in it Makes it easier to see the revenooers commin.
park an old steam tractor in there and use it for a still

Could even raise a few hogs in one end to cover up the smell of the brewin process.

I say get the loader tractor and make a couple of passes through there. Then sort out the junk pile for sanything you might want.

shops only get messy one way and a clean shop is a
shop thats not getting used.. but in that menagerie
you probably know where every last nut or bolt is.

Ya know, chinese antiques are really valuable! Someone paid like 100 milllion for a 3000 year old wok. I tried to sell a 1995 wok at a tag sale, no one wanted it for a buck. As I was going thru stuff for the tornado victums, I picked out a nice hat for hector. Not that nice, but better than that one he was wearing. Atleast it doesn't reflect flashes.

Your shop looks just about right to me. Look at all of the extra exercise that you get walking around searching for things.)

I got two albertians joining this site today. your going to get out numbered are you the only one on this site from MASSEYCHEWTITS???

Hi Lyle,
Thanks for the cool words about my Oli tractor. I hope my dogs take me along with them if they are headed your way to Saskatchewan. I've never been there, so if they go-I go too. LOL
I would love to have your shop. Looks awesome to me. Take care.

Yeah, Tony in Mass said it all. Lyle you are soooo cool man! I love your posts. I can only dream of a shop like yours.

When the bench gets to be completly covered, 18" deep... and you have to crawl over stuff to get there... then you have a mess. I've got a 20x30' building full of stuff, mostly junk at this point... and the work gets done outside in an area that's probably now close to 1/4 acre... At least I got one job of the DL tonight and it should be gone tomorrow.
You don't have much mess.
