I have a calf about 6 weeks old blind,will not eat grain ,grass,ect.The only thing she does is suck off a nipple from a pail.So we are going to butcher her for veal.I was thinking of buting her on a grill any one grill some thing that young.

I butchered a fat blind calf and my mom said she would hate to eat a blind animal. I asked her if she had a problem with a steer. I had rather be blind than =======

A few years ago our fire department had a ruptured fat hog donated and someone thought the meat was unclean and sent out bad publicity that we were serving poor quality.
