Long 2460 Hydraulics

I dont have a service manual for this machine and am having problems with the hydraulic oil getting areated and milky with all the machines i have worked with mostly Caterpillar the hydraulic systems bleed themselves out through the tank any suggestions would be appreciated

Water only get in around the gearshift levers. Get new boots and slip over existing ones. Change the oil and filter.
