drove our tractors to school (pics)

a couple of buddies and i drove our tractors to school friday. it was my last day in high school!

the 3 tractors are:

-oliver 1655 (diesel)- i bought this tractor 2 years ago. it sure is a nice tractor to operate and drive

-oliver1950T Cummins repower. professionally done. it looks/runs awesome. youd never guess that engine didnt belong in there just looking at it

-massey harris pony (gas)- redone by a freshmen. still needs the decals but its a neat little tractor.

Good for you and your friends, Ollie. Congratulations on graduating from high school. My brother once drove an LA Case to football practice when his car wouldn't start. All the other guys thought that was neat.

That's great. Maybe you can start a tradition. A parking lot full of them would be nice on the last day. Why not have a tractor show on the last day of school?

wish the kids could drive tractor to school here but if you do the tractor will be towed and you will be ticketed which is pretty dumb in my oppinion.

That is pretty cool. We used to do that when I was a kid. last day of school the parking lot would be full of tractors, grain trucks, and whatever. It was fun.

cadet, here is why they failed in a nutshell. oliver was sold to white. white didnt always have the best ideas and soon the oliver, white, moline, allis chalmers guys all had to share ideas. lets just say it didnt end well for anyone...

i sure wish they still made olivers.
