drove the old mini to rented land

i drove the old mini to the rented land today and on the way there i took some pics.everthing was going good until i saw the temp gauge go up i stopped the machine carefuuly lifted the rad cap stiil had lot of fluid felt the motor did not feel hot it was just a faulty gauge. i got to the destination disconected the disc from the 06 hooked up the mini to the disc dicovered the power steering line leaking removed the line and installed a new line but still to wet to do anything.I had a friend take a pic of me this morning now you know what a good looking guy looks like lol. the nabour came by with his jd i loaded some power poles on his wagon

Believe MM recommends removing antifreeze for summer use. I don't do it but never really tax the "girls" during 90+ degree ambients. At those temperatures I'm going to spend more time under a shade tree rather than trying to set new productivity records. Don't let them get too hot, leads to cyl head cracks.
 
dont think its going to get to hot up here this summer its starting out pretty cold so far only a couple days over 20 c so far very late spring
