Is anyone familiar with the 400D Carb? What does the second carb tube do? Has a much bigger opening than the main one, but is smaller in diameter and a little shorter. Has a pipe thread fitting for for an external plug. Can not find an internal opening for this tube. Carb # 67860 DCM. Thanks Z/
