I have never met either you nor your dear wife, but have witnessed your love for each other through your posts on this forum. All I can say is it is a pity all marriages today are not as stable and loving as yours was. I am so sorry for your loss.

Graydon: Your love for each other was an inspiration for us all. Grieve and then remember the good times in your life together. You will be together again.

We've followed you and Margery's story on these pages for many years- it doesn't seem possible it was 8 years ago that she went to the nursing home, with you going to visit faithfully, until you finally joined her there. We all knew this day was coming, and that she would be relieved of her burden and go to a better place- but it doesn't make it any easier, does it?

Thank you for sharing your love for her through these pages, and I think we're all the better for it. Our prayers continue to be with you, Graydon.

Reading the story of your life, through your posts and comments on here, and reading first hand, your attitude toward life and the love of your life; I get choked up. I have never met you, but I feel for you so much.

Reading the words written about your family and your wife, I feel like you should be so proud of everything even though the pain must be immense. It sounds to me like a story Hollywood couldn't dream up. You have something so precious, and so beautiful. It is an honor to know you and be with you in thoughts and prayers.

We will always be here for you.

John
