02 duramax will not take the programer all it says is no communication. Pulled the fuses and also tried with them in. Also have the brake controller un hooked and radio fuse out still no communication. Not sure what's wrong? Any help would be great. Thanks!

I'm guessing you're trying to go through the data connector? Do you have access to a scan tool? See if the scan tool will communicate. If the scan tool can't communicate, you have a problem with class 2 data in the truck.
When you get it working, put a pyrometer on it if the programmer you're using doesn't have one. Stay under 1200 degrees and it will probably live. Push it past 1200, and you're playing with fire...

Just curious, if PPE can't help you what makes you think some random guy off the internet can?

If the manufacturer of the product can't tell you what's wrong, then you need to return it for a refund.

Only time i have seen that happen is if the vehicle already has a tune in it from a different programmer.

If all the fuses are good I would say you have a bad ground somewhere...

Door closed when trying to program it? That can make a difference in some trucks.

I did one ppe programmer. Took 10 tries to get it to program. Im not to thrilled with ppe to say the least
Your best bet is to call ppe.
