My company safety and risk manager had the attached write up in our company news magazine this quarter. While this is only his interpretation of the CSA rules; help me out and tell me if I am reading this correctly.
If I am in a accident that is NOT my fault in any way such as you rear end me; I get points on my CSA report. If enough of these happen just because I have bad luck by being in the right place at the wrong time I can be fined and/or have my driving privileges suspended.
Now if that is not a crock of ---- nothing is.
I get fined because you can not drive.
I will have to look on the CSA web site and see if I can confirm this info because that is just crazy if it is true.
