No way would I do it. Not worth the hassle. I would drive an extra 500 miles before I might consider it worth the trouble. My bosses told me they went to a trade show in Syracuse, NY one time, They had to export everything from Canada, import it into the States, which had large amounts of paper work and arguing. American border officers saying the stupid Canadian border officers had forgotten forms and given the wrong forms, etc., and vice versa. Had to then export it from the States and import it into Canada on the way back.
