csp dot rules. thought i had it/got stopped

after reading threads about the dot-csp/icco. got the cr@# scared out of me today. leaving Denver to glen-wood spgs, delivering my sold f-14, csp on other side of interstate. [thought nothing of it]. 5 minutes later, pulled me over. thought oh-sh@#, after reading threads, i'm dead, he's looking over my tractor, when i got out, he wanted to know what year, model, etc. he's never seen one like it and thought it was cool! [glad he was a newbie]

About 3 years ago a deputy sheriff stopped at my place. There were 3 tractors sitting outside while I cleaned the garage . He hung around visiting about half an hour. Talked tractors and shows and pulls. I invited him to a local upcoming show. If he showed up, I never saw him.

I brought a little crawler across the Canadian border a few years back. Went inside at the crossing and did a little paper work for them. One guy said before you leave I want to talk to you. OH OH I thought, now I'm in for it. Was all done and the guy says come with me. We went out to the trailer and he asked me all about it. Said he was looking for one just like it and was nice enough to give me better directions than what I had planned on using. Also told me where there were some interesting tractor collections along the way to stop and see. He turned out to be a real nice guy so you never know.
