Allison md3060 wtec2

Have a fl80 Freightliner with Allison
transmission.Was a firetruck and is locked
out of 6th gear Nobody will reprogram it
but said if I had a tcm out of other
vehicle with six speed would work or just a
pic of it's specs on it they could do mine
to them specs. Any help ? Thanks
