how about this trailer brand?

I don't own a Big Tex but have talked to guys that own them and say they liked them. The only thing that you might want to consider is a hydraulic dove tail. Those big ramps get heavy even with spring assist.

Big tex trailers are generally well made trailers and a little heavier duty than some. They are great
for folks who tend to excede the ratings a bit. The negative is that they are heavier to pull both
loaded and empty.

I have not had a Big Tex trailer but I have only heard good things about them.
You might want to shop around though. I priced a custom built enclosed trailer at Trailer World in Bowling Green at $7700 and ended up getting the same trailer (same brand and all) for $5400 from a dealer in East Tenn. (3 hour drive). I have been to trailer World several times over the years and have never been able to deal with them. So, shop around.

thanks man I think we are going to ride up there Saturday morning to have a look see its about two hours from me

Big Tex Trailers are good from my experience, I bought a 14 ET last July. Made a trip to MO, and 2 trips to IA hauling tractors. No issues so far.

You might want to price a Hull trailer from Stateline Trailers in
Braddyville, IA. They are custom made to order and you are buying
factory direct so the prices are great, if you can wait for them to
build it!

well as it turns out my son was off work Saturday so we went looked at that trailer. he told the guy what he would give for the trailer after a few minutes of him hawing around they took my sons offer. he is already thinking about adding on to my building with a lean-to to keep it out of the weather. right now I got three old tractors sitting out under the stars. Thanks for all the replies

I have a 16 yr old big tex.

its been thru 2 decks and needing a third, needs tires.. but frame is good.. metal is good. I'd reccomend them. I KNOW I have had mine overloaded more than a few times.
