Replacing wheel bearings and shackle bolts and bushings on my tractor hauler.
Ordered above online from a reputable company, showed up today and everything was thrown into a zip loc bag. Bearings and races are not in boxes or paper, just bare, bolts in there too.
The box was pretty banged up, looked like it had been thru h***.
Did a close look at bearings and they do look ok but REALLY?!?

I wonder if the original package got damaged at some point and someone did a quick fix and sent it on its way. I'd call the company for the heck of it and ask them if that's how they ship it?

Just not into this ON LINE stuff , i am more a touchy feely type and deal local . even though at times i have to drive twenty or thirty miles , i deal with people i have knowen for years and they know me . If i need bearings i either go to the OEM dealer or i go to BDI . suspension part OEM dealer or the local truck spring shop .

The best way to order online, and its the only way I do things, is to research feedback from other people that have done it. But like Tractor Vet, I prefer the touchy feely approach whenever its feasible, even if it costs a little more.
I ordered an overhaul kit for one of my tractors from this site, and I felt good about that because its been done many times before by others.
I'm no pioneer when it comes to online ordering. If I cant read several reviews on how its worked for other people, I'm not doing it.
