Jerry James Trailers

Any body know is Jerry James Trailers is still in business in Sikeston, MO? Their website seems down and I tried calling the number on the trailer sticker with no answer. I recently bought one of their deck overs used and need to see if I can get a key for the toolbox.

I checked with a friend that does a bit of business with the trailer places in Sikeston and he tells me Jerry James has been out of business for several months. I hated to hear that myself, I have a 12 footer they custom built for me to handle some special applications.

If you can find a manufacturer name on the lock, you should be able to get a key from them. Did you get any key from the seller?

Dave thanks I will keep that in mind for the future. I was able to go to another trailer supplier and get a new handle, key and cam to fit it.

John I am sad to hear that too. The seller did not give me a key and said he never had one for it (He seemed trustworthy so I figure he just never cared to lock it). The cam was pretty weak on this one anyway so when I wasn't having luck finding a key I went to a trailer supplier to see if I could just buy a new setup. They were able to get me into a whole new setup for $25 with handle, keys and cam.

Thanks all for the info.
