Looking at a new to me 2013 2500 Dodge with the 5.7 Hemi. Anyone out there have one? Would love any feedback anyone has. Thanks.

Its a fine truck. I dont personally have one but I know a few people that do. They will haul 10,000 trailers but if you do that frequently you may want to consider low gears.

I have a 2012 quad cab with the 5.7 and pull a 24 foot tandem trailer and have hauled loads up to nearly 9,000 pounds payload. It will haul it with no problems. With any kind of load I always use the Reese hitch anti-sway bars. In those rare cases of lots of hills or strong head winds just lock it down into fifth gear. No problems with the truck; I love it. When pulling do not expect great fuel mileage but as an errand truck I get 15+ if I behave.

Yes had two 5.7 he is and on to a 6.4 hemi now both very great motors, 5.7 averaged 17ish empty 8-9 loaded 10-15k pounds hauled 20k a few times and you knew it was there but pulled it, had 4:56 gears in my 2012 5.7 and my 2013 6.4 both powerwagon models, my 2006 had 4:10s and only had 345hp instead of the 395hp the gen 3 hemi has 2010+, all pull great have to say though I think my 2012 5.7 was a quicker truck unloaded just seemed to be a bit snappier, 6.4 gets about same mpg loaded and maybe 1-2 mpg less unloaded not gonna complain. Let's just say there great trucks and the 6 speed tranny in these is awesome compared to the 5 speed like my 2006 had.
