they always knew it, but these big square body dodges are finally getting enough of a folowing so it makes business sence to put in million dollar inventory for these models, lmc is a lifesaver for me, as all my trucks are old, i simply will not buy a computer controled truck, i need mine to run when i need it, and be able to fix it if it quits, and the nearest mechanic is over 100 miles away

Hopefully it goes well enough for them that they expand it too. Things like wing window latches, grill surrounds, control arms, and quality headlight doors would be nice.
I'm going to buy a few small things (just bought some large things for mine) to help grease the wheels.

Yes I got the magazine yesterday, have everything I need to restore my 1979 Powerwagon but door panels and arm rests, I can't find either anywhere else new unless there in black, and I wanna keep it blue like it is, because my dash is good just needs door panels and armrests, I already ordered blue carpet and have found new blue seats, I emailed them asking if they were gonna carry them hope they do.

Just went threw and added up everything I need to restore it, be around 2500 outta that magazine, and about another 1000 on door panels, armrests and some other nic nacs, and I will have a nice old truck. And everything that can basically be chrome will be.

Or maybe the old Dodges are just now falling apart ? LOL.

Yea I know better as many in Ohio rusted to the ground like the Ford's and Chevy's.

I'm hoping that aftermarket support gets somewhere closer to any muscle-era car than it is now (near non-existent). My rebuilt is a slow process, but someday I'll get it there.
It'd be nice if they could hook up with some of the aftermarket companies and make things like tubular adjustable control arms, transmission swap kits, and interior parts.
There's a guy who managed to get an Allison working behind his 12 valve, but it was pretty cost-prohibitive, he was building the truck for his wife when she died so he went ahead and finished how she wanted it. Ended up using one out of a medium-duty (Kodiak) that didn't need any input from an ECM and tried just about every calibration Allison had for it to get the 2-3 shift smoothed out.

Have you considered DupliColor vinyl paint?

I've got a tractor seat that was originally yellow, but painted black with their vinyl paint. it's held up really well for several years, and is only just now starting to show some yellow.

I would imagine that on a door panel where you aren't rubbing your butt all over it all the time, it should hold up exceptionally well.
