Trailer Jack - Sts Update

While welding up my Oliver (Schwartz) 1610 loader frame I also replaced the busted jack on my "new" trailer. Not the best pics but added a piece of plate to mount the jack, relocated safety chains and rounded over plate next to jack handle to remove late night knuckle buster.

S2710 took your advise and moved new jack closer to the point of the A-frame. Now looking to either find small tool box or enclose the remaining space for chains, binders, straps, emergency lights, bottle jack etc.

I know have space to use as spare tire holder, chain box etc. Also if needed I could weld up some type of bracket to mount mobile winch.

Winch would be nice since boys are grown and gone and generally just me prowling the back roads for projects :)

Good question!!!

Now I need to check that because I sure didn't think of it before - DOH!!
