Could one of you tell me where I could find the flange or whatever it's called that connects the exhaust pipe on a 1993 Cummins dsl. engine to the outlet side of the turbo? I would appreciate it.

Muffler shop may be able to put a flange on it, but you may have to get the whole downpipe.
