2003 chevy 2500 battery change

had to put in new battery today that went good till I realized that my bose radio wont play and my key chime don't work, any idea's ??

You may need to reset the computer. Your owners manual should tell you what is needed.

A tip i have learned--with todays computers and what not on vehicles when changing batteries hook up a temporary jumper so the system always has power and the computer doesn't go dead

crazy thing, put in gear pulled out of shop and it went to workin.. beats me.
