ok on a dark night raise the hood and turn on the lights , see all that light coming out the back and sides of the light ? next day pull the lights tape up the foward faceing lens , and get some aluminum spray paint and coat the lamp houseing ,plug the holes where the bulbs go ,let dry and do a second coat and when the second coat is dry ,next day , use flat black over the silver aluminum when good and dry reinstall
did my dodge I was losing about 25% of the light out the rear of the lamp houseing ,only 75% going down the road , now its got great lights!!
