Columbus Ohio

I need a place where I could park my pick-up, trailer with tractor for afew days in July, that would be safe while I visit my son who lives in downtown Columbus. Parking where he lives is nonexistant for my pick up. Any suggestions?

Since only Summer Sessions will be operating at OSU, you might check with the local chapter of FarmHouse Fraternity to see if the guys would look after your rig. A reasonable donation to the chapter or to an enterprising student would be in order. Pickups, trailers, and tractors would be respected by FH men, and FH is a respected organization loaded with boys from the farm. Most FH guys are back home on the farm in the Summer, but there should be enough around to get the job done for you. Let me know if you explore this option. [email protected]

An older gentleman I knew years ago pulled a modified tractor in MI OH IN and about. He said when he needed to drop he trailer for some reason he would ask at a local law enforcement office. Said there wasn't any safer place than a county sheriffs parking lot.

Check with local law enforcements and see who they use (wrecker service) for their confiscated vehicles. Will cost you a daily charge but usually they got very viscous dogs.....
Make sure you take good pics when parking.

I live about 25 miles south and west of downtown columbus near Mount Sterling Ohio. Got plenty of room for a truck and a trailer etc, if that works for ya. My email address is open.
