It is ComposTumbler as Art said. I spoke with them lasst week because I have the same problem. My tumbler is about 20+ years old and the sides - the part that goes on the rollers - have rotted away. The people from Compos told me that they have a new design (new since I got mine) of the base. The base is no longer just rollers but has "gears". I could replace the sides of my drum but then I would have to replace part of the stand with the gears. Given the price, I might as well buy a new one. By the way, the reason that the tumbler rotted out is because I did not turn it as often as I should have. This would have allowed any liquid to be expelled from the tumbler rather than sit in it and slowly rot it out. For the record, I think that the tumbler was worth every penny and I will get a new one in the spring.

Try 1-800-880-2345. They don't use the name Kemp but it's called the Compostumbler.

I'm looking for the same thing. Did you have any luck finding them?
