Got it in a box off stuff at an auction.
It's cast iron. When you turn the screw it
pivots until hits the rod on the back.
Looks to have 2 mounting screw holes on the
bottom. About 6" long. Any guesses, nobody
I've ask knows. Kinda interesting looking.

So you have to crank on the "wingbolt" every time you want to bend the metal a bit, then back it off to do it again.
That would be a LOT of cranking to get a smooth "rolled" ring out of anything. Seems a lever projecting out over the v-block would make things way more efficient for just bending a strip of metal.
And why would the V-block need to swing in it's mount?
