Rear Tractor Rims 1938 JD B

I need new rims for a 1938, JD B tractor. The rim size is 10" X 36". I DO NOT want new rims to have the safety rings. Where do you find rims (10" X 36") without the original safety rings? Thanks!

I believe that 10"x36" is the same size as what came on the Farmall C.
