Anyone ever used one of these tools ? I thought it would work well and be handy to save stuck cables, but wanted opinions.

I've used mine on my Harley & it works fine. But I use mine as part of my regular maintenance not for freeing up a stuck cable.

You could get a piece of tubing to slip over cable put a clamp on it, dump your favorite lube in tube and put air
hose to it.

Many years ago when I raced Motocross I used one of these on all my motorcycles. It worked like a charm. Clamp it on, insert lube straw and spray until some lube comes out the other end. It's ironic you posted this because just the other day I was thinking about my luber and wondering what I did with it. :)

Thanks for that info. I like both ways but
will use the tubing idea cause it's cheaper!
This came at just the right time because I
have some cables on a a atv that I need to
get free.

Just bought one to try out and it was $8.00 with free shipping. Can't beat that!

How big of cables can it work on. I am thinking of loader control cables. Would it work on those

Iirc, the big end is only open a little bigger than 5/16" and the cable diameter is standard motorcycle, slightly smaller than 1/8"(3mm?).
