1952 Chevy Truck Rust Cut Out

Here are some progress pictures. Got the cab disassembled, squared, leveled and mounted to my work table. Front corner cut apart. Before and after pictures. The wood frame on the front of the cab is my reference point to test the fender fit to the cab without the cab being on the truck frame.

Wow ! Lot of work - nice job. Back when the dinosaurs roamed, I did a frame off resto. on a '53 GMC. I got lucky, there was only minor surface rust (anywhere) and the normal dents & scrapes. All overhauled drive train and chassis. Drove that sucker to Quebec City and back, then to Guatemala and back '0' problems - wish I still had it !

My grandfather had a '52 he put a bed on. I had forgotten about those wing vents! NICE!
