Have had good luck with Selesto flea collars for 2yrs for our dog. They have gone up in price-$70 from vet vs couple yrs ago around $40. Ebay sells the same collar for $35-$40, the tin can that they come in are foreign language, but the sellers say they have English instructions & the ingredients are the same. Anybody bought from ebay these Selesto flea collars & how are they selling so cheap?

Ebay's a big place. I wouldn't risk it. Wouldn't pay the $70 either. I've bought the $5 flea collars next to the $50 Bayer in the store and it work fine.

I get mine from my daughter the DVM. She told me it was probably not a good idea to buy them at Walmart.

That is all I can tell you.

They are probably for a foreign market and they are cheaper, there is the argument that they do not meet the same standards as US items and could be dangerous to your pet. I have bought some wormer for cats that was for the Asian market and it was fine. I think your flea collar is a Bayer product and is probably the same thing as the US product, but there is no guarantee.

I have never heard of Selesto flea collars. I have purchased "SERESTO" collars from an online source and they work great. About fifty bucks for one but, they last several months so, they are well worth the cost. Are you sure of the Selesto brand?

Ok, I just ordered for a large dog at $39.99. I won't name the source on this site but, you can Google "best prices on Seresto Flea and Tick collars" and find the supplier.
