Case 550E dozer

I have 550E case dozer that won't move. I have recently rebuilt all hydraulic and wiring. Motor sounds good and blade moves but it won't move. Some one suggested Brake Release valve anyone know anything or have any ideas?

I have a Case 550e Long Track.
Check to see if you have a transmission pressure gauge on the dash. If so Check to see if you have trans pressure. If not the brakes will not release.
If you have pressure. Check the rods to make sure that something does not have them jammed.
