North respirator cartridges

I have a North respirator 7700-30M. Quite confused on which cartridges to use.
Need one for sandblasting
Need one for Spray painting equipment.
Need one for using chlorine.

Thanks for any help North part numbers would be great

North # 7580P100 is the filter for dust particulates.

North # 75SCP100 is their "Defender Multi Gasses" cartridge for organic vapors, chlorine, etc. ...It will work for many paints, but if your're spraying paint with isocyanates you may need a different cartridge.

Google is your friend.

I could be mistaken but I think if you get into iso territory when you use the small can of hardener that TSC sells in same shelves as their tractor paint. And I've seen a range of thinking about iso, from never-hurt-me to never-been-the-same. The recommended gear for iso is a full helmet with filtered fan forced feed air because it can affect eye membranes as well as lungs. can find discussions about it down in the resto forum here and, as also mentioned, Google is your friend.

3000OH is right about dealing with isocyanates. ...They can be deadly!

I know of two guys (separate incidents)who ended up in the hospital from iso exposure.

One guy painted is car in his garage using all the recommended protection for iso's. ...However, his bedroom was above the garage, and while sleeping, the fumes from the day's painting permeated into the bedroom. ...He almost died.

Even mild exposure is cumulative, and subsequent exposures heighten the symptoms.

I'm going to Graingers Monday and get the right canisters for my respirator. I do all my sandblasting and painting outdoors and most of the time there is a breeze off the ocean. Thanks for all the help
