Update Generator Help Needed

Hi did some more testing on the Titan 8500 generator that I am having trouble with. The generator is only putting out 40 volts on both the 120 and 220 outlets. I used a tach and the engine speed is right on the money at 3700 rpm. It is a brushless generator. What could likely be wrong or what should I check next?

Can you post full model and serial number. Need that to see what system they used.

Hi Billy the generator is a Titan 8500 M with a serial number GGT03636. One thing I did notice is that I had an incandescent light plugged into one outlet and with no other load on the generator it was dim but when I plugged in an electric drill the light got brighter. I did try "flashing" the generator and that had no effect on it. Thanks.
