I have one like the one on the right,I use it for weighing packages when I ship Fed-ex,UPS or mail,also good for weighing meat for jerky making,I don't know about
needing three of them but they are handy.

Nothing wrong with 3 Larry.
I have a set like that, some cotton scales on the wall, set of old platform scales, and a set of test weight scales for seed on the shelf. And a very old fish scale.
Maybe I should take some photos.

I have one of those, also an old platform scale like they had at the feed stores.
Don't forget the little twisty knob to set it on zero. What is nice
about my digital scale is you can tare weigh items. Very handy when I
am baking. There are two places I stop in that have those big freight
scales. Supposed to be for weighing items but a lot of people weigh
them selves on the scale.

Really neat! You can probably guess my favorite. LOL
I have an old green one... to lazy to go take a pic right now. Will try to remember to post one sometime.
Not sure if mine even works - just bought it to set on our old Hoosier type cupboard (with built in flour bin), for eye candy.

I haven't seen or heard "Hoosier Cabinet" mentioned for quite a while!! My wife and I have two of them in the house, sort of gently restored and in use as storage for "stuff". Both of ours have pretty good porcelain/enamel tops, flour bins with sifters still in there, so we can show them off!
