Are the Milwaukee Fuel products just marketing for "brushless" motors?

Don?t know but I was at an industrial convention last week. Our booth was next to Milwaukee and not one person that stopped at the Their booth had anything but good to say about the brand.

It's not just brushless motors. Milwaukee has some brushless tools that are not labeled "Fuel".

Milwaukee has this to say about "Fuel":

It isn't just the brushless feature but that is a big part. I have half a dozen and a few that are regular 18v. I think the fuel is worth the money.

If you are looking at other brands brushless is the way to go. My son loves the ridgd from hd with their lifetime warranty but he readily admits my fuels are a notch above.

You just reminded me I need to get online and order me a new fuel side grinder for my upcoming bd. lol

The 4 1/2". It's handy for some stuff, but not for heavy grinding. Not having a cord to worry about makes it handy for light work.

"Fuel" is the battery system. Supposed to be so powerful and last so long that you think the tool is running on diesel.
