Rosa Rugosa Seeds

I'm looking for some Rosa Rugosa Seeds. I got some last year and didn't know it took 6 months to germinate. Where can I get some that would germinate with in a week or so. Would like to get them ready for this summer. thanks

Last I heard there was some kind of virus going around that was killing roses.

The wife checked all her sources. Said she couldn't find just the seed. You might have to go with a transplant.

Nasty plant with sharp thorns and does not flower much.{ I know -- not helpful ] Everybody likes different plants.
