Leaking oxygen relief valve

I got a pack of three new rubber seals for my leaking oxygen relief valve . Installed new seals twice and valve still blasts out oxygen at a certain pressure. This is a Victor gauge set.

Is it blowing off within the working range?

And you trust the gauge.

If so, sounds like the spring is weak. If you can find a replacement, all the better, or add some shims, a little at a time until it just holds.

Upon reading up at a welding supply house there is nothing wrong with the relief valve . I'm barking up the wrong tree . The regulator needs to be rebuild and the then will the high pressure stop getting to the relief valve and opening it .It is doing its job correctly. Knowledge is power and I did not know this. One oxygen gauge rebuild kit ordered.
