Vicotor oxygen gauge relief valve

On the bottom of the Victor oxy gauge is a relief valve . Mine started sputtering out oxygen while in use is this what I need. Ebay item number eBay item number:

Did you happen to look at the low pressure gauge?

Was it in range or pegged out?

If it was in range, yes the relief valve is faulty.

But if the gauge was pegged out, the problem is in the regulator seat.

You could turn the tank valve back on, watch what happens.

The listing is real general, says "fits most", but there is a phone number, I would give them a call first. They probably have regulator kits also, if needed.
