We call it a com-a-long. For moving wet concrete and lifting re-enforcement wire and rebar.

Some time in the past year on my 50 mile one way trip to work I spotted one on the side of the road, had to make a U-turn to get back to it. It is almost brand new. I don't/can't work concrete anymore. I will find somebody who needs it one day and give it away.

I have one like that and a way older one. The old one has 2 working sides. that are curved. One side is curved towards the handle and the other curved away. The blade is much taller , but narrower. I have a 4' darby for rough finishing also. It has a hand grab on one end and one in the middle.
