Two tools in one day....is that allowed?
I've had this for years...on one side it says THE H D SMITH & CO MADE IN PLANTSVILLE CONN USA
on the other side: PERFECT HANDLE PATENTED
It is 12-1/2" long.
I have my own guess as to what it was for (or used for) based on the fact that
it is slightly bent and has some slight dent damage about 3-1/2" from the tip.
But truthfully, I don't know for sure what it was really made for.
It is very well made with inlaid rosewood handle.
