Removing the injector sleeves on a IH D310 engine

Hi, what tool can you use to remove the injector sleeves on a d310.

Seems like you use a 7/8 tap cut threads in use and use a
7/8 bolt hooked on a slide hammer and put something in the
bottom of the sleeve to keep shavings out of cylinder

There is a special tool to install them it's the shape of the injector a it drives them in at the taper at the bottom
