I have this 10" miter saw with standard blade for cutting wood. Do they make a blade
to fit this saw to cut metal?

Yes, you can use a fiber blade.
I have cut metal and concrete with no problem.
Just be aware of the heat generated from a fiber blade (sparks).
Remove cloth bag, if equipped, and be mindful of surroundings that might burn.

Yes, there are metal carbide blades.

They have special shape teeth, round instead of square. It is limited to thin steel though. It will cut fairly thick aluminum, copper, etc.

Be sure to wear good goggles and a face shield, it gets nasty!

The saw is made for woodworking. If you use it a lot cutting metal you will ruin it. For occasional use you can use a metal cutting carborundum blade.

You can mount a carbide blade on a metal cutting chop saw and cut through structural steel thicknesses. The blade will cost more than the chop saw. After so many cuts the blade will fail. But enough cuts to make it worthwhile.

Yes you can put a carbide metal cutting blade in that saw and it will cut tubing, angle iron and such. The rage at the farm shows a couple years ago was a wood cutting sliding miter saw with a carbide blade, a fancy name and slick Willie sales hype. Bother in law got sucked in and it sits in the corner now because every time he turned around it needed a new $$$ blade.

The issues are you must be CAREFUL how you use it as you can screw the blades up as fast as you care to bolt them on. Even with careful use you wil find that the cost per cut is high. You also must use plenty of PPE as red hot and sharp chips will be flying everywhere.

True metal cutting saws run at much lower RPMs, the work is held much more ridgedly and the feed rate is controlled. If you have much work to do they run cheaper in the long run.

I have the same Delta miter saw. NO WAY would I try to cut steel with it. Look at an EVOLUTION RAGE II miter saw. Cuts steel, aluminum, plastic, wood. Last I saw them advertised for $187 at Menards. I had a 4"x6" bandsaw, Harbor Freight, Northern Tool, Enco/MSC, all the cheap tool importers had them, I bought mine more than slightly used about 40 years ago. It cut anything but square, or straight. I also have a DeWalt 14" abrasive cut-off saw that is way too messy to use.

The need for personal protective equipment is real, but the comment about "Red hot chips" is WAY exaggerated, they are sharp, and warm, The heat of cutting ALL goes into the chip. The part will be cool to the touch when done cutting. I cut 1 inch square by 1/8" wall square tubing with mine in 3-4 seconds. No burrs, straight, square, weld ready joints. Face shield is recommended, and headphones to keep chips out of ears, cutting really isn't that noisey.

all i use you can get abrasive blades in 10 and 12 inch just google them. miter saws are cheep [pawn shop] 25.00 and they last just a long as a chop saw i only use them for light to medium cutting band saw for rest . i need a saw the has the angle that is perfect chop saw don't do that well
