I'm looking for a fitting 1/2 NPT into tank.that Connects to pex on outside of tank and a hose or pipe inside tank, do they make a feed-thru fitting that would allow pumping from top? RV pump would be used & fresh water tank would stand upright.

What you are looking for is called a bulkhead fitting. Never seen one that was pex to npt but never looked for one either. Buy one in 1/2 ntp and a pex adapter and your in buisiness. Spend the extra couple bucks for one made of brass. Care will be needed in making the hole in the tank as the sealing rings on the fitting will only deal with do much slop.

We used to take a male adapter compression fitting and drill it out so the tubing would slide all the way through. Then you slide the ferrule on and set it at the right distance and tighten it.

If it were me I would use a rubber hose for the first few feet before going to pex. Sometimes a compressor gets hot and the heat wouldn't be good for the pex pipe.
